This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed on onyxdtf.com, including processing, tracking, delivery expectations, and how to handle shipping-related issues.

Legal Statement: ONYX DTF is a division of ONYX INK, LLC. All billing and order processing are handled under the same legal entity.


1) Order Processing & Fulfillment

ONYX DTF is a production-based platform. Orders move into processing after checkout and are prepared for shipment once production is completed.

What to expect:

  • You will receive an order confirmation after purchase.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation once the order is packed and handed off for delivery.

  • Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on contents and packaging requirements.


2) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your order details and delivery location. Shipping charges are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated on the Site.


3) Tracking & Delivery Updates

Once your order ships, tracking information is provided through your shipping confirmation email and may also be available in your account order history.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates are managed by the carrier.

  • It can take time for the first scan to appear after pickup.

  • Delivery times are estimates and can change due to carrier conditions, weather, or peak demand.


4) Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Common address issues include:

  • Missing apartment/suite numbers

  • Incorrect ZIP codes

  • Address formatting errors

  • Business addresses without unit details

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping may require additional shipping charges.


5) Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the package (all sides) before opening

  • Take photos of any damage to the contents

  • Contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the next steps

Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved, as carriers may require inspection evidence.


6) Lost, Missing, or Marked-Delivered Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  • Check around your delivery location and with neighbors or building management

  • Confirm the shipping address on your order

  • Contact the carrier to request delivery details

  • Then contact us so we can help guide the claim process if needed

Shipping carriers control final delivery handling. We will support the investigation process, but we cannot guarantee carrier outcomes.


7) Delays & Carrier Exceptions

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur due to:

  • Weather events

  • Peak shipping periods

  • Mechanical or staffing issues

  • Incorrect addressing

  • Carrier routing changes

ONYX DTF is not responsible for delivery delays once the package is in transit.


8) Refused or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned to sender due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed packages

  • Refusal by recipient

We can coordinate reshipment once the package is returned and verified. Reshipping may require additional shipping charges.


9) International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees. Customs processing times vary and are outside our control.
